Bharti Airtel & Vodafone

After getting a big relief from the Bombay High Court in the One-Time Spectrum Charge (OTSC) case, the shares of these two telecom sector companies may remain in focus today.

NLC India

Following the government's announcement of a 3% stake sale through an offer-for-sale (OFS), the offer is opening for retail investors today. The floor price has been set at ₹303 per share.

Indigo

Interglobe Aviation (Indigo) shares are going to be in focus today after the price of aviation turbine fuel increased by about 10%.

HDFC Bank

The interim application was filed in connection with a Rs 1,000 crore defamation suit in which the trust had alleged that statements made by the bank and its senior officials in the media and on social media platforms had damaged its reputation.

The Company, its subsidiary Dixon Electroconnect, and Gemtek Technology Company have entered into a binding term sheet to form a joint venture under a mutually agreed framework between Dixon and Gemtek. The Company will hold a 60% stake in the joint venture, while Gemtek will hold the remaining 40%. The joint venture will manufacture and supply optical transceivers, SFPs, BOSA (bidirectional optical sub-assemblies), and other telecom products.
