How to do a hair spa at home?
Homemade Hair Spa For Hair Care: Today, lifestyles are rapidly changing, and its effects are visible everywhere, in cities and villages. People return home tired and exhausted from work, seeking solace and freshness, either heading to a spa center or a parlor. However, a significant portion of the population either cannot afford this or simply doesn't have the time to relax their bodies by going to a spa center or parlor. In such a situation, the best option is to create something at home that is just as beneficial, costing less, and without chemicals. If you're thinking this, let us tell you how you can prepare it at home.
How can I do this at home?
To do this at home, you need to follow a few steps: oil massage, steaming, hair washing, homemade hair masks, and finally, serums or conditioning. These can help you easily achieve this at home to brighten your body.
Oil massage - You'll need 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut, almond, or olive oil. Heat it, but make sure it's just lukewarm. Then, massage your scalp with your fingertips for 10 to 15 minutes. While massaging, make sure to use a circular motion. This improves blood circulation and helps you feel relaxed.
Steaming - Steaming comes in second. To do this, first soak a towel in hot water and then squeeze it well. Then, wrap the towel around your head for 15 minutes. This helps open pores and draw oil to the roots.
Hair Wash - After two steps, it's time to wash your hair. Use a mild or sulfate-free shampoo and thoroughly rinse your hair to remove all oil. The most important thing to remember is that you should use lukewarm or normal water instead of hot water.
Homemade hair masks - You have several options. For example, you can make a paste by mixing 1 ripe banana, 2 teaspoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of yogurt. Another option is to mix 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel and 1 teaspoon of yogurt in a 10-rupee conditioner pouch. Apply it to your scalp and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. Afterward, rinse it off with plain water.
Conditioning or Serum – The final step is conditioning or serum. Apply aloe vera gel or leave-in conditioner to slightly damp hair. This will help lock in moisture for a long time.
