A video of this elderly artist, who plays the violin on the roadside for hours every day, not for fame but to feed his family, is rapidly going viral on social media. People are becoming emotional after seeing his hard work and especially his age.
The art inherited from his father became a lifeline.
It is said that Bhagwan Malik inherited his violin playing skills from his father, which has now become his source of livelihood. After losing his parents in childhood, he incorporated his father's talent into his own life.
Bhagwan Malik has been playing the violin on the streets of Kolkata for decades. Despite advancing age and failing eyesight, his passion for music hasn't diminished. Despite all this hard work, he barely earns 100 rupees a day.
