Pakistan has said that if the conflict escalates, it will support Saudi Arabia under the defence pact. At the same time, Pakistan has also strongly criticized Iran for the attacks on Saudi bases.

Strong objection was expressed to the attacks.
On Tuesday, Pakistan condemned the Iranian missile and drone attacks on Saudi Arabia's energy bases. The Foreign Office called it a "serious and dangerous situation" that poses a threat to regional peace. The government said that it is deeply concerned about the attacks carried out by Iran in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia, and it strongly condemns them.

These attacks are a violation of Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The statement said such attacks could increase instability in the entire region. Pakistan also reiterated its strong support for Saudi Arabia's security.

According to reports
, Hundreds of missile and drone attacks have been launched by Iran against Saudi Arabia since the US and Israeli action on February 28. However, most of these attacks were stopped in time.

The attack on the petrochemical plant in Jubail
targeted a large industrial area in the eastern Saudi Arabian city of Jubail during the night-time attacks. Sources said the attack caused a fire at the SABIC petrochemical plant, and loud explosions were heard. Jubail is one of the world's leading industrial cities, producing large quantities of steel, petrochemicals, gasoline, lubricants, and fertilizers.

Employees were evacuated
following the attack. Employees in the factory and surrounding areas were evacuated to safer locations. Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE issued a simultaneous security alert due to the heightened threat. As a precaution, the bridge connecting Saudi Arabia and Bahrain was temporarily closed.
