Varun Beverages Dividend: Varun Beverages is about to lavish money on its investors. The company has announced a final dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and a record date has also been set.

After the stock market closed last Wednesday, the company announced that it had decided to declare a final dividend of ₹0.5 per equity share with a face value of ₹2. The company has set April 8 as the record date for this dividend. This means that shareholders holding the company's shares in their demat accounts as of that date will be eligible for this dividend. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on April 10.

Since its listing in 2017, the company has consistently showered investors with wealth. It has declared dividends more than 13 times. It also issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 in 2019, 2021, and 2022. The company also implemented a stock split of 10 to 5 in 2023 and 5 to 2 in 2024.

Being a growth stock, Varun Beverages invests a major portion of its profits, about more than 80%, in the business and uses the remaining money (about 15-17%) to pay dividends.

Varun Beverages shares closed at Rs 401.75 on Wednesday, up 4.60%. Over the past five years, it has delivered a return of 347.93%. However, the company's shares have also seen a significant decline of 25.43% in the past year.
