1. Drink lukewarm water

2. Sit in the sun

The winter season has begun, so be sure to sit in the morning sun for at least 15-20 minutes. You'll get Vitamin D, your bones will become stronger, and it will help you lose weight in a healthy way.

3. Eat a protein-rich breakfast

4. Do physical activity
