iPhone 17 will be launched on 9 September. Many changes have been made in it compared to the iPhone 16, but there are some things which are going to remain the same in both the models.

The iPhone 17 Series will be unveiled on September 9. This series will have a changed design, chipset, and a new liquid glass interface. Information about the features and specifications of this series has been coming out for a long time. This has made it clear what will be available in which model of the series. Today, we are going to tell you about the base model of the series, iPhone 17, how different it will be from the iPhone 16 launched last year.

The display will be bigger

The look of the iPhone 17 is going to be similar to the iPhone 16, but the display size will be bigger. The iPhone 16 has a 6.1-inch display, while the 17 model will have a 6.3-inch screen. The new model will come with 120Hz refresh rate support, which was not in the 16 model.

Chipset

Apple is going to provide the latest chipset in the new series. The company had provided the A18 chipset in the iPhone 16, but the new model can be equipped with Apple's in-house A19 chipset. It will be able to handle AI tasks better.

Camera

There is no expectation of major changes in the rear camera setup of the iPhone 17. Like the iPhone 16, its rear can have a 48MP primary and 12MP ultra-wide lens. However, due to the new chipset, their image quality can be better. Talking about the front, a 24MP selfie lens can be given in the 17 model. The iPhone 16 has a 12MP front camera.

Liquid Glass Interface

The iPhone 17 series will be launched with liquid glass design language. Apple announced iOS 26 this year. This is a new operating system for the iPhone, which comes with a translucent design. The new camera app will be seen in the new model.

Battery

A bigger battery is expected in the iPhone 17. Information about its capacity has not been received yet, but it will have a bigger battery than the iPhone 16. There are also speculations that it may come with reverse wireless charging.
