Recipe for making Raj Kachori

Material

- 2 tablespoons semolina.
- 2 tbsp oil.

Method of preparation
First, combine flour, semolina, salt, and oil in a bowl and mix well. Add water little by little and knead into a stiff dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Then, make small balls of dough. Roll them out like puris, but don't make them too thin. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kachoris over low heat. Turn them gently until golden brown. Frying over high heat can cause the kachoris to cook quickly on the outside, but remain uncooked on the inside.
