Regarding the case of the country's Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka said that unless the Election Commission of our country is independent and impartial, democracy in this country will have no meaning.
Speaking to reporters in Guwahati, Ashutosh Ranka alleged widespread rigging in the elections. He stated that all elections held in the country in the last two years have been completely rigged. He criticized the Election Commission, saying that instead of being free and fair, it is a rigged game.

Demanding the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner, Ranka said that today the entire country must unite to demand the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar. A CJP spokesperson stated that the SIR process has been rigged and that 130 million people have been deprived of their voting rights. He added, "We must ensure that those rights are restored." Ashutosh Ranka said, "We are launching a campaign in Mumbai on October 2nd."

Demonstrations demanding his resignation took place on Monday in several cities across the country, including Delhi, Patna, Prayagraj, Jaipur, Hyderabad, and Srinagar. The matter has now reached the Supreme Court, where a petition has been filed seeking Gyanesh Kumar's suspension.
