Bose's new earbuds are priced at $99, which is approximately Rs 9,500 in Indian rupees. They are currently available for pre-order from Bose's online store in the US. According to the company, shipping is expected to begin in October 2026. They will be available in Black, White Smoke, and Limited Edition Dewdrop Mint Green.
Key Features of Bose Noise Cancelling Wired Earbuds
Usually, wired earphones have a 3.5mm jack, but Bose has used USB-C here. According to the company, these earbuds have been designed to work with almost any USB-C device. For this, they have been provided with the company's proprietary Digital Signal Processor (DSP), which handles compatibility with different USB-C ports. The earbuds process audio through a 24-bit signal. Through this, Bose has directly integrated audio processing and noise cancellation technology with the USB-C connection.
Three Listening Modes will be available with ANC
Both earbuds have two microphones for noise cancellation. Users can choose between Quiet Mode, which reduces ambient noise, while Aware Mode allows for ambient noise, and ANC can be turned off completely when not needed.
There will be no tension about the battery running out
These earbuds do not require a separate battery to operate. They connect directly to the device via a USB-C cable. The advantage of this is that you will not have to worry about the earbuds' battery running out while listening to music for a long time. However, due to being USB-C, they cannot be directly plugged into the old 3.5mm headphone jack. Also, they cannot be connected to the old-fashioned DAC or Amp. This product from Bose is a wired option, different from the company's Wireless QuietComfort Earbuds, which, along with connecting via cable, also have the ANC feature.
