A 10,000-year-old trident and thunderbolt were found during a mining operation in the Philippines!

Indian researcher Syed Shamim Hussain claims that while mining in the Philippines, he discovered a 10,000-year-old trident and a vraja, linked to the Sanatan Dharma faith. These objects are associated with Shiva and Indra.

Indian artefacts found in the Philippines

Indian researcher Syed Shamim Hussain has claimed that during a mining operation in the Philippines, the trident and thunderbolt, symbols of Sanatan Dharma, were found. He believes these artifacts may be thousands of years old and may be linked to ancient Indian civilization.

The researchers claimed at a press conference in New Delhi that the tridents found in the excavations could be around 10,000 years old, while the vajra is around 3,000 years old. They believe these objects match symbolic weapons associated with Shiva and Indra.

Hussain received these artefacts in the year 2015.

Hussain said the artifacts were found in May 2015 while he was involved in copper and gold mining in the Philippines. He had been working in the country since 2012 and collaborated with local residents at mining sites.

During the excavation, his companions reported finding some unusual objects. Upon inspection, they discovered two metal artifacts that were quite different from other finds.

One of the objects found in the excavation resembled a trident, while another was shaped like a thunderbolt described in Hindu mythology. Hussain later concluded that these objects matched religious symbols from ancient Indian traditions.

The trident is said to be 10,000 years old.

After their discovery, they were brought to India for examination in 2016. They spent several years studying the artifacts and consulting with experts, including archaeologists and religious scholars. They claimed that the trident could be around 10,000 years old, while the vajra is around 3,000 years old.

Hussain stated that he discussed the artifacts with experts and contacted officials in India to register them. According to reports, the items were later registered with the Archaeological Survey of India.

Understand the cultural significance of symbols?

In Sanatana Dharma, the trident symbol is associated with the weapon of Lord Shiva. The three branches of the trident symbolize various philosophical concepts, including creation, preservation, and destruction.

Vraja, on the other hand, is associated with the weapon of Lord Indra, a Vedic deity associated with thunder, rain, and storms. Ancient texts describe Vraja as a powerful weapon, symbolizing strength and divine authority.

Because of their strong connection to mythology, the discovery of such artefacts outside the Indian subcontinent has generated interest among those studying ancient cultural exchanges across Asia.

India had an ancient influence on many Asian countries. This influence was not due to war, but rather to trade, the movement of people, and the spread of religion.

For this reason, traces of Indian culture can still be seen in Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand and surrounding areas, such as the Sanskrit language, temple remains and statues of Hindu-Buddhist gods and goddesses.

Now, if the objects found in the Philippines are indeed proven to be old and genuine, it would mean that the relations between India and South-East Asia were deeper than previously thought.
