There's no more anti-national act than vote theft.
Rahul Gandhi was at his best today on the issue of electoral reforms. He said that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process was initiated at the behest of the BJP. The Election Commission has no answer to the issue of duplicate voters. Rahul said that vote theft is an anti-national act. Our country is like a fabric, all its threads are the same. Everyone is equal.

Rahul Gandhi, during a debate on electoral reform, stated that the election in Haryana was stolen
. Citing the Brazilian model, he said that the Brazilian model's name appeared 22 times on the voter list, and that one woman's name appeared 200 times on the voter list.

Rahul Gandhi stated in Parliament that the rules for selecting the Election Commissioner were changed
. He stated that the Election Commission had been taken over and was being used to subvert democracy. The ruling party has a say in the Chief Election Commissioner selection process. He also questioned why the Chief Justice was not included in the Election Commissioner selection process.

Taking aim at the RSS,
Rahul Gandhi also accused the RSS of taking over the country's constitutional institutions. Launching a scathing attack, he accused the RSS of expanding its role in India's constitutional institutions after Mahatma Gandhi's assassination. He stated that the Sangh's goal was to take over these institutions after Gandhi's assassination.

Rahul said, "I am saying that India's institutions are being taken over. I will come to the point that the Election Commission is being taken over. The RSS's project was to take over the country's institutional framework. Vice-Chancellor after Vice-Chancellor is appointed not on merit, not on competence, but on the basis of his or her affiliation with a particular organisation."
