In the first T20 match between India and New Zealand, Bevon Jacobs hit a 96-meter-long six. He hit this towering six off Arshdeep Singh. The ball soared so high into the sky that the Indian fielders could only stand and watch. The video is going viral on social media.

This six by Bevon Jacobs became memorable because he hit it off the very first ball of the innings. Usually, a batsman doesn't play such a risky shot the very next ball after a wicket falls. Arshdeep Singh had taken the wicket of Daryl Mitchell off the previous ball, but the 24-year-old Bevon Jacobs made his intentions clear by hitting a six as soon as he came on.

This incident occurred in the 13th over of New Zealand's innings. Arshdeep Singh had Daryl Mitchell dismissed by Bhuvneshwar Kumar on the very first ball of the over. Mitchell was dismissed for 28 runs off 19 balls.

Bevon Jacobs came in to bat at number five. Arshdeep bowled a delivery outside off-stump at a speed of 132 kilometers per hour. Jacobs swung his bat so brilliantly that the ball flew high into the air upon connection. He hit a 96-meter-long six in front of him. By this time, New Zealand had scored 128 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 12.2 overs.
