Tension is not reducing', new statement by Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, read what he said

On the growing tension with India, Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said that the possibilities of conflict are not decreasing but are increasing with time. He appealed to India to avoid war and also made sharp allegations.

 

 

Tensions between India and Pakistan are constantly increasing. Sharp statements are being made between the two countries. Meanwhile, Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has said that even though efforts are being made by various countries to reduce tensions, the possibilities of conflict with India are constantly increasing.

While talking to the media, Khawaja Asif said, “With time the possibilities of conflict are not decreasing but increasing. If there is any violation, we will have to respond. There should be no doubt about our response.

 

 

What did the Defense Minister of Pakistan say? 

He further said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that whatever force is used against us, we will respond with more force than that.” Khawaja Asif also said that the conflict between the two countries is not showing any signs of abating. In response to a question, he said that may God help in averting a situation of conflict.

'Indian army has a free hand'

Meanwhile, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a high-level meeting at his residence on Tuesday. According to sources, in the meeting, the Prime Minister said that a strong strike against terrorism is our national resolve. The PM expressed full confidence in the professional capabilities of the Indian Armed Forces. Along with this, the Prime Minister said that the army and security forces have complete freedom to decide on the method, target and time of our response.

 

 

High level meeting at PM residence

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval were present in this meeting held at the PM residence. Along with this, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi and Air Force Chief Amar Preet Singh were also present. Apart from this, CDS was also present in this meeting. This meeting lasted for about one and a half hours.
