On Tuesday, October 6, two different Indian cricket teams will be in action. On one side will be the T20 team, captained by Shreyas Iyer, and on the other will be the ODI team, captained by Ruturaj Gaikwad.
Team India will play 2 matches on 6 October
The Indian cricket team has a lot of cricket to play until December. Team India's next challenge is against the West Indies. The first T20 match between India and the West Indies will be played in Lucknow on October 6th. However, on the same day, another Indian cricket team will be playing against Australia. Interestingly, both Indian teams will be in action at the same time.
India's senior T20 team is scheduled to play its first T20 match against the West Indies on Tuesday, October 6th. The Australia A team is also currently on a tour of India. The three-match ODI series between India A and Australia A begins tomorrow. Hardik Pandya was set to make his comeback in this series, but a new injury forced him out. Suryansh Shedge has replaced him.
Two matches at once
The first ODI between India A and Australia A will be played in Puducherry, starting at 2:00 PM IST. This match will not be over yet, as the first T20I between India and West Indies will begin at 7:00 PM IST. Therefore, India will be in action in Lucknow, while the other team will be in action in Puducherry.
India's senior team is coming off a 2-1 victory over the West Indies in the ODI series. A total of five matches will be played between them in the T20I series. Meanwhile, India A defeated Australia A 1-0 in a two-match unofficial Test series. Their three-match ODI series will now run from October 6-11.

India vs West Indies 1st T20I: The first T20I match between India and West Indies will begin at 7:00 PM IST at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow .
India A vs Australia A 1st ODI: The India A vs Australia 1st ODI match will begin at 2:00 PM IST and will be played in Puducherry.
