Kashi's expert in astrology Pandit Sanjay Upadhyay said that the major festival Sharadiya Navratri is starting from 22nd September this year, the Chaturthi date of Navratri will be on both September 25 and 26. 

 

For this reason, this Navratri will be of 10 days. Navami will be celebrated on 1 October. The very next day, on 2 October, is the date of celebrating the festival of Vijayadashami. It is a happy coincidence that this time the festival of Sharadiya Navratri will be of 10 days. People will get happiness, prosperity and health due to the arrival of the mother on the elephant. This Navratri is also very important for the development and progress of the nation.
