PM Kisan Yojana: These Farmers May Face Delays in Receiving PM Kisan Benefits—Here’s Why

Friends, the Government of India administers various schemes for the economically weaker sections of the country. One such initiative is the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, designed to provide financial assistance to farmers. The government is currently preparing to release the 23rd installment under this scheme; however, it is possible that not all registered farmers will receive the benefits this time around. Let’s find out which farmers might face delays in receiving the 23rd installment:

1. e-KYC is Mandatory

Farmers who have not completed their e-KYC (Electronic 'Know Your Customer') process may not receive the installment. This step ensures that your identity has been successfully verified within the system.

2. Land Verification is Essential

If your land records have not been verified, your eligibility may be called into question, and the installment could be withheld.

3. Linking Aadhaar is Crucial

Your Aadhaar card must be linked to your PM Kisan account. If it is not linked correctly, the system will be unable to process your payment.

4. DBT Must Be Enabled

Ensure that the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) option is enabled in your bank account. If DBT is not active, the installment amount may get stuck or fail to be transferred.
