Israel should occupy most of the Middle East', US ambassador increases tension between Russia and China!

Israel US: The US ambassador criticized legal institutions monitoring international law, accusing them of ignoring Israel's rights.

US statement on Israel's border

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee has issued a statement regarding the Middle East that has once again stirred global political tensions. He stated that he would have no objection if Israel occupied most of the Middle East. He criticized international law enforcement agencies, accusing them of ignoring Israel's rights.

What did the US ambassador say about Israel's border?

In an interview with conservative commentator Tucker Carlson, Mike Huckabee discussed Israel's geographical boundaries and argued that they are mentioned in the Bible. Carlson pointed out that the land promised to Abraham's descendants (Jews) in the Bible is the area between the Euphrates River in Iraq and the Nile River in Egypt. Between these two rivers currently lie parts of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. Mike Huckabee said that it would be fine if Israel took all of this land.

ICJ declares Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories illegal

Huckabee later said, "If all these countries attack Israel and Israel wins the war and occupies that land, then that would be a topic for a different discussion." The International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled in 2024 that Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories is illegal and must end immediately, but Israeli law does not clearly demarcate the country's borders. Israel also occupies the Golan Heights in Syria, which it illegally annexed in 1981.

US recognizes Israel's claim to Syrian territory

The United States is the only country that recognizes Israel's sovereignty over Syrian territory. Following the 2024 war with Hezbollah, Israel also established military outposts at five locations inside Lebanon. Some Israeli leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, have openly promoted the idea of a "Greater Israel" with expanded borders.
