Perplexity's promotional period will soon end. This means there's only a short time left to cancel your subscription. If you want to continue with your plan, you don't need to do anything, but if you want to cancel, we'll explain how.
How to cancel Airtel Perplexity Pro Subscription?
First, open the Perplexity website and sign in to your account. Then, click or tap on the profile icon. Select "All Settings" from the menu and go to the Subscriptions section. You'll see "Thanks for subscribing to Perplexity Pro." Tapping on this will reveal the option to manage your subscription. Tap "Manage" to proceed to the next page and select "Manage" again. The option to "Cancel Subscription" will appear here. Tapping on this will ask you for a reason for canceling. You can provide a reason if you wish. Then, tap "Continue." Once this process is complete, you'll be taken to the Perplexity home screen.
How to confirm cancellation
Once your subscription is cancelled, you will receive a message informing you of the cancellation. Alternatively, you can return to the All Settings page and open the Subscriptions section. You will see a message stating that your plan is scheduled to expire. The date will also be displayed.
This method will work on Android and iPhone.
The process for canceling a plan may vary slightly depending on the platform. For Android or iPhone users, you'll need to go to their Apple account settings and select "Manage Recurring Payments." Similarly, Android users can cancel by going to the "Subscriptions" section.
