The home sold for $10.75 million

Richard Gere and his wife Alejandra Gere sold this New Canon property for around $10.75 million (about Rs 90 crore) in October 2024. After this, he decided to go to Spain and start a new life.

The old house has now become history.

Reggie Young, founder of Hudson Valley House, confirmed that the historic home is no more. We visited recently and saw that the house had been completely demolished. We are glad that the new buyers gave us time to secure the essentials.

New life in Spain with family

Richard and Alejandra are now living in Spain . However, they have said that they plan to return to the US in a few years.
