In fact, through a recent partnership between Flipkart and Air India, you can exchange SuperCoins earned from shopping on Flipkart for Air India's Maharaja Club Points.
Through this partnership between the two companies, any Flipkart member can transfer their Flipkart Super Coins to the Maharaja Club in a 5:2 ratio. For every 5 Flipkart Super Coin, you'll receive 2 Maharaja Points. To convert Super Coins into Maharaja Points, you must have at least 50. The transferred points will appear in your Maharaja Club account within 193 working days. It's important to note that once credited to your Maharaja Club account, Maharaja Points cannot be converted back to Flipkart Super Coins.
The Maharaja Club offers its members the opportunity to earn 'Maharaja Points' when they book flights on Air India and Star Alliance partner airlines. Members can use these Maharaja Points to book 'Award Flights' on Air India and Star Alliance partner airlines.
What is Maharaja Club?
Maharaja Club is Air India's frequent flyer program (FFP), which offers flyers award seats, cabin upgrades, and more. On March 30, 2026, Maharaja Club announced the addition of Flipkart Super Coins as its points conversion partner. Under this partnership, any Flipkart member can transfer their Super Coins to their Maharaja Club account in a 5:2 ratio. This means that 5 Flipkart Super Coins will be converted into 2 Maharaja Points.
To convert Maharaja Points into Flipkart Super Coins, a member must have at least 50 Flipkart Super Coins. Once credited to a Maharaja Club account, Maharaja Points cannot be converted back into Flipkart Super Coins. These points can be used for air ticket booking, lounge access, economy to business class upgrades, and extra baggage allowance.
How to convert Flipkart Super Coins to Maharaja Points?
- First of all, open the Flipkart App, go to the Categories section, and select Super Coins.
- Select 'Super Coin Partners' and search for Air India Maharaja Club.
- Link your Maharaja Club account using your Maharaja Club ID.
- Enter the number of Super Coins you want to exchange.
- Confirm the transfer.
- Your Maharaja Points will be credited to your account.
