There has been one major change to the Indian team. Meanwhile, England has made two significant changes to their playing eleven. Ishan Kishan has joined Team India.

Team India has made one change to its playing eleven for the second ODI. England, meanwhile, has made two changes today. Gus Atkinson and Saqib Mahmood have been included in the English team, while Ishan Kishan has been included in the Indian team.  

KL Rahul out of playing XI

KL Rahul is not playing in the second ODI. Ishan Kishan has replaced him in the playing eleven. After the toss, Indian captain Shubman Gill announced that KL Rahul is ill and is therefore not playing today. Rahul's absence is a major blow to Team India.

England made two major changes to their team.

England, who lost the first ODI, made two changes today. Spin all-rounders Liam Dawson and Josh Tongue, who scored half-centuries in the Edgbaston ODI, have been dropped from the playing XI. Gus Atkinson and Saqib Mahmood have been included in their place.
