Apple users crave these Android features, which are not even available on the most expensive iPhones.

The rivalry between Android and Apple is very strong, but now the difference between them is decreasing, there are many features of Android that iPhone users are waiting for.

iPhone users are still waiting for these Android features

In the tech world, the rivalry between Android and iOS is one of the oldest. For years, both have been borrowing features from each other, and now there's very little difference between them. Apple has added many features, including screen customization, to iOS 26, while Google has also added privacy controls to Android. However, Android still has many features that Apple isn't offering, and which iPhone users are eagerly awaiting.

Split screen multitasking

Android users have had the split screen option since the Android 7.0 update rolled out in 2016. This allows users to use two different apps simultaneously, but this feature hasn't been available on iPhones to date. Although Apple has been offering this feature on iPads since 2015, iPhone users have been waiting for it to this day.

Multiple Users and Guest Mode

Android has offered multiple user profiles and guest mode since 2014. Each profile allows you to use different apps, data, passwords, and settings. Guest mode is even better, wiping all data once you're done. The iPhone offers Guided Access, but it's not as convenient as Android.

Freedom to download apps

Android offers more freedom in downloading apps. You can download APKs directly from the developer's website or test beta versions of apps created by your friends. This freedom is available on Android, but not on iPhone. Apple doesn't allow sideloading. Therefore, iPhone users don't have the same freedom as Android users.
