Health News: Our heart, a vital organ in our body, works tirelessly from birth until death. Our heart beats approximately 115,000 times a day and pumps approximately 7,600 liters of blood. Our heart weighs approximately half a kilogram. Our heart has a special electrical system called the cardiac conduction system. The major cardiac toxicities associated with these medications include left ventricular failure, myocardial ischemia, QT prolongation, pericarditis, myocarditis, hypertension, and thromboembolism. Over the past four decades, more than 10 percent of allopathic medicines have had to be withdrawn from the market due to cardiac toxicity. In over 48 percent of cases of cardiac toxicity, the cause was found to be the use of anti-cancer medicines. The allopathic cancer medicine Doxorubicin (Dox) helps prevent cancer cell growth by binding to the DNA of cancer cells. However, the most significant side effect of this medicine is on heart cells. Due to these side effects, this cancer medicine is often discontinued in emergency situations due to cardiac toxicity.

Cardiogrit Gold: Ayurvedic Solution

To address this problem, Patanjali created Cardiogrit Gold Tablets, drawing on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. This medicine is made from key herbs like Yogendra Rasa, Arjuna, Moti Pishti, Jaharmohra Pishti, Akik Pishti, and Sangesava Pishti. This medicine can help eliminate the side effects of allopathic medicines and achieve the vision of a healthy heart.

As always, this time too, the drug was first chemically analyzed using various techniques to determine its exact composition. Subsequently, studies were conducted to determine whether the drug itself had any side effects. For this, specific rat heart cells were cultured in the laboratory, which revealed that Cardiogrit Gold had no side effects, whereas these same cells began to die when doxorubicin was administered. It is estimated that a 1 micromolar dose of doxorubicin killed approximately 40 percent of the cells.

Cancer treatment is safer with heart protection.

Subsequent studies were conducted to determine whether the combined use of doxorubicin and CardioGrit Gold could reduce the side effects of the allopathic drug doxorubicin. This study also proved successful. This study also confirmed that CardioGrit Gold acts as a cardiac tonic.

Research on T24 cancer cells, A549 lung cancer cells, and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells revealed that doxorubicin's effectiveness was not lost by the use of CardioGrit Gold, but only its side effects were eliminated.

The effects of Cardiogrit were then examined on C. elegans. C. elegans has a heart-like organ called the pharynx. It beats similarly to the heart, and its electrical activity can be measured. This process in C. elegans is called the pharyngeal action potential. Research on these organisms found that doxorubicin increased mortality and decreased fertility.

For this study, these transparent organisms were first injected with the drug doxorubicin, which is red in color. This caused red spots to appear on the organisms. Subsequently, administration of Cardiogrit Gold reduced these spots, confirming the effectiveness of this Ayurvedic medicine. This finding was then verified through chemical research.

Reduced oxidative stress, proven cardiovascular protection

To further verify Cardio Grit Gold's effectiveness, calcium levels were measured in these animals. Since the product was prepared from various ash extracts, it was natural for the calcium levels to be high. This confirmed that calcium levels were increasing in these animals in a dose-dependent manner.

The oxidative stress induced by doxorubicin in the heart was then measured using heat shock proteins, and CardioGrit Gold again demonstrated its effectiveness by reducing this stress in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, CardioGrit Gold also repaired the damaged pharynx in these organisms in a dose-dependent manner.
